FAQ
Common questions before a mobile notary appointment.
The essentials are simple: bring valid, unexpired ID, have every signer present, know where the document needs to go, and confirm the price before Gino travels.
Before You Book
Answers that prevent appointment delays.
What should I have ready?
Bring the unsigned document if your notarial act requires signing in front of the notary, plus a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. If you are unsure whether to sign first, wait until the appointment.
Can Gino tell me which form I need?
No. A notary cannot choose forms, prepare documents, explain legal consequences, or tell you which form to use. Ask the receiving agency, attorney, title company, or document provider.
Can documents be notarized online?
This service is currently in-person mobile notarization only.
How can I pay?
Payment is accepted by personal check or Venmo. The total appointment price is confirmed before Gino travels.
Can Gino notarize real estate documents?
Yes. Gino can notarize real estate-related documents when presented and perform authorized notarial acts. He can also support office or professional referral appointments where permitted.
He does not independently conduct real estate closings or answer legal, loan, title, or document questions.
What if the appointment is at a hospital or nursing home?
The signer must be present, willing, aware, and able to communicate. The signer must also be properly identified. The notarization may not be completed if identity, awareness, willingness, or communication cannot be confirmed.
What affects the price?
Travel distance, number of signers, number of documents or signatures, urgent timing, parking, wait time, evenings, and weekends may affect the final quote.
Ready to ask?
Send Gino the appointment details.
Town, timing, document type, signer count, and access notes are enough to start.
